Melville Primary Care Clinic relocation and new contact information
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is advising patients that the Melville Primary Health Care Clinic has been relocated from the 175 Third Avenue East location due to water-related issues.
Effective immediately, and for the foreseeable future, patients of the clinic will access their in-person primary care appointments in the Community Services wing at St. Peter’s Hospital, located at 200 Heritage Drive, in Melville.
On June 12, the phone number for the clinic will be changing to 1-306-760-2400. Until then, patients can continue to call 1-306-728-4466 for all inquiries and appointment scheduling. Patients are advised to reference the Melville Primary Health Care Clinic listing page on the SHA website for the most up-to-date contact information.
Patients will continue to have access to care and be able to book appointments with their primary care providers.
While exploring longer-term solutions to accommodate the permanent relocation of Melville Primary Health Care Clinic, the SHA appreciates the understanding of residents in Melville during this transition and remains committed to continuing to provide high-quality primary care services in the temporary location.
