Role overview

We are looking for a patient or family member with experience living with diabetes or caring for someone with diabetes during cancer treatment to provide expertise in developing a care model for managing diabetes throughout the cancer journey.

Required knowledge, experience, skills

Basic understanding of communication in English.

Time commitment

2 hrs per month
