Pride Month: a time to celebrate, reflect
June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the 2SLGBTQI+ community, reflect on the inequities of the past and present, and take meaningful action to create change.
Everyone deserves to be able to bring their authentic self to work, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, and to feel safe in the workplace. Respect for all is part of the CARES values of compassion, accountability, respect, equity and safety and the Belonging, Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The SHA aims to be a place of belonging where everyone is welcomed, every day.
