AIMS: Easier purchase requisitions for staff
Thanks to the AIMS system, staff who are authorized to create purchase requisitions for catalogue items such as most medical supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), surgical items and more, can submit requests seamlessly through MyWork within MyConnection. AIMS makes ordering catalogue items easier by helping staff quickly find items using the item name, description, stock keeping unit (SKU) number, or supplier product code.
Below is an example of the updated procurement dashboard for reference. Please note that not all staff will have access to this dashboard. Only those who are authorized to make purchase requisitions will have access.
