Wave 1 stabilization progress update
- Task teams are working in human resources, finance, and supply chain management to support priority areas related to wave 1 implementation. We are focused on improvements in four key areas: people, process, data, and technology.
- Support is focused on resolving issues in the areas of payroll and expense claims, hiring, accounts payable and supply chain, with progress being reported weekly.
- Physician payments, union dues, and other priority payments are being submitted on time.
- Approximately 325 advances were issued last pay period which is in line with the number of pre-AIMS advances issued. We continue to work to reduce this number as we strive to pay all staff correctly and on time.
- Progress is being made on reducing invoice backlogs with significant focus on achieving a five-day turnaround time.
- Number of invoices more than 30 days old have been reduced by nearly 27 per cent.
- End user visibility into status of order and supplies is now available.
- Progress is continuing to be seen in the areas of job postings, release of applicant packages, and the completion of payroll cases.

Reminder: Logging into MyConnection and MyWork
If you are unable to access MyConnection or MyWork, please follow the options below:
Solution 1: Clear your cache and browser history
- Open a browser window in Google Chrome
- Click on the three (3) dots in the upper right corner of your browser window
- Click on “Delete Browsing Data”
- In the drop down, select “All Time" as the time range to delete
- Click on all three options to clear (Browsing History, Cookies, Cached images and files)
- Click on “Delete Data”
- Navigate to the MyConnection log-in page https://myconnection.skhealth.ca
- Enter your Username and Password
Solution 2: Not sure about your username? Use the Username Look-up Tool
Solution 3: Reset your password
- Click “Forgot Password” or “Forgot/Create Password”
- Enter your Username. An email will be sent to your preferred email with a Password Reset prompt
- Check your preferred email inbox for the email to reset your password. If you are a highly impacted user (a user who will do the majority of their work in the AIMS system), you must use your organizational email address.
- Follow the steps indicated within the email
- Upon successfully logging into MyConnection and when navigating to MyWork, remember to click Company Single Sign-On.
