AIMS This Week - June 4, 2025
Release one progress
MyScheduling successfully went live on May 21, 2025, for 3,500 out-of-scope employees at the Saskatchewan Health Authority and affiliates, 3sHealth, the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations, and the Saskatchewan Healthcare Recruitment Agency.
MyScheduling is being monitored daily to ensure everything is working and ready for the next group of 2,100 employees in release two, which is targeted to go live on July 2.
The system is working well. Top questions are related to steps on how to enter a statutory holiday, how to verify and submit a timesheet for hours worked, complete an historical edit, and requests for assistance with master rotations and delegations.
As a result of self-service resources available online and support from release one, MyScheduling champions 80 per cent of questions are being answered at this initial level, providing quick responses and support for employees. The number of daily requests is continuing to drop from 300 to 89 daily requests. Spikes in requests are expected each payday cycle.
In person support near you!
Need help with MyScheduling? In person support is available. Information sessions are being hosted in select locations, and people like Arif are ready to lend a helping hand. He’s been on-site at Saskatoon City Hospital answering questions and helping employees understand how to complete daily tasks in the system.
“As an out-of-scope SHA employee, and new user of MyScheduling, I was a bit nervous at first, but the system is much more intuitive than I expected. I like the new layout, making it easy to find my task. My departmental AIMS champion was incredibly helpful, and I feel more confident navigating the platform each day," said Lindsay, out-of-scope SHA employee
